Platform Information

Arch Platform​

Arch currently runs on AWS.

Python Version​

Arch uses Python 3.11.

After our GA launch, we aim to support all active versions of Python that are not yet at their end of life.

Run Storage​

Arch enables up to 10GB of ephemeral disk storage during a run.

Future plans include making this configurable.

Region​

All metadata is stored and workloads are run in us-west-2 (Oregon, US).

Client data is stored and accessed in us-east-1 (Virgina, US).

Future plans include expanding into an EU region (timing is TBD).

Private Git Repositories​

Private git repositories are currently supported using GitHub and GitLab deploy keys.

See the GitHub or GitLab docs for details on creating your key pair and configuring your public key.

Once the public key has been configure you will need to provide the private key to the Arch support team via Slack. The private key must either be created without a passphrase or the passphrase must also be shared with the Arch team. Provide the following to the Arch team:

  • Private key (optionally including passphrase)
  • Repo URL

IP Addresses​

We use the following IP addresses for all egress traffic. Add the following IPs to your allow list if your Arch workload requires access to your protected servers .
